A Sofa bed to the Living can also be utilised so that the apartment can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. A high quality Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath also features in the property. Outside the property an elevator is situated which takes guests to the ground floor of this beautiful and well-equipped Residence which offers onsite services including a Property Manager, Underground parking and a wide range of activities including a Lakefront Lido with Swimming pools, Jacuzzi and a Sailing Club and Marina with boat moorings. A climbing wall, Tennis Courts, Beach Volley ball and Mountain biking though wild woodland trails are other activities which be enjoyed by residents in Golfo Gabella. Six prestigious Golf Clubs are all situated within a 40km radius from the residence and Skiing can be found at Forcora which is only 15 minutes away, or guests can travel to the well-known Swiss ski resorts of San Bernardino, Airolo and Andermatt which can be reached in just over an hour. The very pretty ancient town of Maccagno with its imposing medieval tower overlooking the wonderful marina and its cafes, shops and sandy beach is a popular visitor attraction in itself and enjoys a very warm and mild year round climate.
